Return and Replacement

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@chapternext.in.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

• Gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss during transit.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

• Please email us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
